A Picture tells a thousand words!

Stunning Bride – Handsome Groom – 20oC and daffodils in March! – What a wonderful day.

Friday 23rd proved to be the warmest day of the year so far and what a fabulous day it was. Sunny warm and so fresh, ideal conditions for a perfect wedding.

Our video crew and myself started with Christinas preps – make-up, hair and dressing and by the way her three beautiful bridesmaids and dear mother played a great part and indeed looked the parts as well – gorgeous.

Then a quick dash down the lane to The Hinds Head where Carl and the boys were enjoying a quick beer (or 2) before speeding back to Wasing Park in his gleaming classic Sierra Cosworth (very envious) to start his preps.

The day was finally coming together and coming together very quickly.

After shooting the boys in their tails we returned to the o so calm bride – now dressed in her Mori Lee gown  – what a picture! Few more shots and away to Wasing Church – one can quite easily see why Wasing was honoured with the Best British wedding Venue. All is within a stones throw, making life so much easier for all concerned, no traffic worries – stress free – wonderful!

A traditional service followed (my favourite), with a couple of lovely readings and a few comical tales from the vicar.

Straight onto one of the many luscious lawns(even in March) for a few traditional family shots, some fun pics with the hens and stags and then we whisked the happy couple away for some wonderful portraits – thank-you Wasing for the breath- taking backdrops and once again thanks to whoever sourced the weather!

Next came a delicious wedding breakfast-and thank-you Gemma for your hospitality (as always), followed by a fine Flamenco Show and then that gracious first dance to Matt Cardell  – a truely fantastic Day.

Congratulations Christina and Carl – have a terrific honeymoon, your photography and video awaits your return.
